X------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------X [shadow=violet,left,300] T[/shadow]hird [shadow=violet,left,300] T[/shadow]ime [shadow=violet,left,300] L[/shadow]ucky Lucky cantered into the claiming grounds, her legs delicate as her heart drummed against her ribcage. She glanced round to check that no mares where still following her. She wished that the mares had not attacked her or Belle. Belle... Tears clouded her eyes. First time there'd been her parents, second time Belle and Hasam. She wished a lot of things though heardly any wishes came true. She hid herself in a few shadows, her daggers comfy of the ground as springy grass was stood on. She breathed slowly. A lot of things had changed.. But for greater good?

The stag cantered smoothly into the claiming lands. He paused a moment to observe the mares in the lands. His blue banners wavered lightly behind as he stood; His piercing blue orbs scanning the lands. Suddenly, and painted fae caught his eye. She looked different from the rest, and his curiosity overtook him. He changed direction and burst off again at a swiftly paced canter.....
The stag came to an abrupt halt before the mare and focused his bright blue orbs on hers as the strong, but calming words left his maw Greetings, I am dubbed Illusion He gave a slight bow as the words were spoken and then raised his head as he continued speaking to the mare before him May I my ears be ever so graced upon hearing the sweet lyrics of your calling? His blue orbs shone with curiosity as the words came, and he raised his tall, muscular form. The words were gentle, and soft hearted. And as he spoke the words, his heart stretched out to her....
He stood above her at about 17.2hh, and his Gypsy Vanner Blood was ovbious, even in the slight sunlight of dawn. His muscles rippled underneath his blue roan paint coat; and yet his stance was not intimidating at this time. Even with the strong appearance he still had a gentle look about him; A look of understanding of life...
His piercing blue orbs shone gently, and his heart was full of understanding. She was beautiful. A painted beauty, and not fully alike to the others. Certianly unique. He searched her orbs and saw slight tears. His heart stretched out to her, and his body vibrated with hope. Could he help the fae? Make her smile? He knew not of the answers but until then he stood patiantly waiting for the painted fae's response....

The golden stag perked his ears as one mare caught his eye. She was beautiful, and something about her made him want to know more, come closer, just get to know her, really. He turned around and began to walk towards the mare, slowly, yet deliberately as not to scare her, although she seemed like the sort of mare who was hard to scare. When he reached her, he nodded politely at the stag who stood beside her and smiled at the painted beauty.
Greetings. My calling is Golden Blaze, but most everyone calls be Blaze. May have the honor of knowing your name?
His let the soft lyrics fall from his mouth gently. His dark, coffee colored orbs sparkled with curiosity and understanding. From the look in this fae's eyes, she had been through the mill. Her gorgeous eyes sparkled with tears and Blaze sensed the same grief about her which had engulfed him when he'd lost his sister. Who was this enchanting fae? What terrible misfortune had brought her here, and most importantly, could Blaze help her?[/sup][/color]

The mare looked at the smaller stallion, who stood 15 hands ish and had a cloak of gold while the other had a coat of blue roan and stood taller at 17 hands ish. She smiled nervously, her eyes showing a streak of gladness that there were no mares at this moment talking to her here. One of the stallions had Hasams height and the other had the same cloak of gold. She shook the memory of Hasam from her head along with the thouht of mares hooves landing on a small strawberry frame.

Illusion tilted his head curiously at the mare. She did not respond. It was very...curious. A smile formed from him. And his blue orbs gleamed, and he gazed at the fae, still wondering if she would perhaps answer....

Lucky looked down at a small hole she'd made with her hoof. Illusion, Sir, I am named Third Time Lucky, which hopefully I will be. The words may not make sense but the words that the two stags had said were both smooth and relaxing, they made her feel good, feel someone.

Blaze felt the smallest of pangs when she addressed not both of them, but only Illusion. Why was it that he was always overshadowed by another stag? Sighing, he turned his thoughts to her words. My name is Third Time Lucky, which hopefully I will be... What did she mean? Had she, perhaps, tried to find love in the past but failed? He smiled at her words, and his brown eyes sparkled.
Well, Third Time Lucky... could I just call you Lucky?
He asked, dipping his head politely, a sweet smile riddling his maw. He wondered what had brought her here, but he would not ask yet. As he knew all too well himself, sometimes the darkest of secrets were best saved for those you knew you loved, and he hardly knew this mare, no matter how much she enchanted him.

ooc: Sorry I forgot to but Blaze :S
Lucky turned her painted head to the golden stallion. Blaze, sir, you may, I see no reason why not She thought her words sounded timid and hopeless but she couldn't help it. Blaze. A blaze of hope Something someone had said to her. She shook her head to rid her memory of him, well his herd.

A blaze of hope... No one had ever called him that before; and it resonated with his heart. A blaze of hope, a blaze of hope, a blaze of hope... he repeated it over and over again in his mind and each time he liked it better, each time it only helped him realize that no matter what Illusion said, no matter if she loved him back or not, he loved this mare.
Thank you, Lucky....
He whispered, and his heart skipped a beat as he gazed into her deep, sparkling orbs. I... I don't know you all that well, but already I can tell that there's something about you I've never seen in a mare before.... and I like it.
It was true. The lyrics fell from his maw even before he knew what he was saying, and yet he knew that they were right. He had only just met her, only just introduced himself, but already he knew that there was something special about her, something that touched his heart as no other horse had touched it before.[/sup][/center][/color]

Third Time Lucky..... Illusion said softly to himself. Did it represent something? The way she had said it certianly seemed as though it did...but what? He pondered the thought for a moment or so and then decided that he would not ask. What ever it was lied in the past, and he would not ask her to bring back memories that might cause her pain. It was a beautiful name...Very unique. But what could it represent? He decided to drop it and banish his vast curiosity from the thought. If she wanted to tell, that would be her choice. He fully understood that. His blue banners wavered in the wind and his piercing blue orbs gazed into hers...
Why is it you come to Arrowhead Mountians? The gentle lyrics flowed softly from his maw. ussually his words were a bit stronger, but when deep in curiosity, he was a bit more thoughtful in questions...

Lucky smiled. Illusion, the stag with brown orbs, a light to guide? Blaze, a stag, a blaze of hope? Thank you Blaze, Illusion my past is a winding tale but a shall tell. She paused wondering how to describe her past. She might as well tell all. Pain was easiest to lose by speaking. I come to try and start again. My first chance at life was anything but lucky her orbs clouded over with pain and anger Cougars attacked the herd i lived in, everyone either was brutally injured or dead. My parents dead. Lucky choaked with anger Second time... Second time it started well, I met a horse. Hasam, his name. He.. We had a foal, Belle and when Hasam went to do his duty somewhere the mares attacked us.. Me and Belle, they killed Belle A tear ran down the side of her face They kicked my leg, so I could not defend Belle well, I tried to help her but... She stopped. I ran and ran until I reached here. Her words were short and almost scared.

Illusion's orbs shone with intense understanding and his heart reached out to her. He understood exactly what she was feeling. He also understood that she had the heart to let it go. He took a step closer to her and his orbs shimmered with understanding, emotion, sympathy, and the immense feeling of wanting to help her. He wanted deary to help her get through this. And his intensly piercing blue orbs spoke more then his words as the soft lyrics left his maw I understand what you're feeling. And my heart swells at the reminder that you have the strength to try again. You are unique, and have so, so, so much heart it amazes me entirely. No matter what choices you make in the future, Your soul will always stay strong enough, for you to peacefully survive the battle with your memories... His blue orbs shone with honesty, and his heart was given out to her. He wanted to help, and he hoped dearly that she would understand that...

Lucky looked at Illusion, You understand? The pain of being stabbed in the back and the pain of losing the ones clostest. Her orbs clouded and her face turned to an expression of scared shock. She felt better at Illusions words. Your soul will always stay strong enough, for you to peacefully survive the battle with your memories... His words were inspiring.

Illusions words came gently, as he recalled his past. Yes I do understand that. And much more. I am truly awed at how you've had the strength to stick to your heart, your whole life, and that you have been able to bring up yourself to keep the light of each day shining.... his bright blue orbs shone with honesty, and his voice was gentle. his blue banners wavered lightly in the wind, as he waited for her words, and he really wanted to help her get through her past peacefully. Even though she would be able to do it by herself, he wanted to be there. Just in case she tripped along the path before her. the path of memories...

Lucky smiled weakly and glanced around. I'm scared they'll follow. Follow me here. Her orbs were plain but with a hint of courage. Her old self would return? Her filly self? Lucky wouldn't stop hopping or wishing or dreaming. A warmness rushed through her as she looked into Illusions orbs. She smiled shyly at him.

You should not think of such things. And if they do follow, I will not allow harm to reach you...His bright blue orbs shone honestly, and his painted blue pelt rippled with truth. He would protect her, no matter what. And he wanted to help. He truly, truly wanted to help her recover from the arising shock of her past...

Lucky smiled in awe. You would? It was such a rare thing to be told that. Only one stag had said anything like that before. I like you Illusion She hoped it hadn't sound weird; she did[/i]. He was sweet, kind, a light coming out of the gloom. You seem like a light coming out of the gloom

He nodded in a thanks, and replied I Like you too. You most certianly have a uniquely lovely way to express your soul. And that is rare in a fae.... His blue banners wavered softly, and his tail flicked at a fly as he gazed deeply into her orbs...

A warm smile spread across Illusion's maw. Lucky certianly had a uniquely lovely way to speak, and yet her words really reached him. Something about how she said the words. He enjoyed speaking to her as well, it was a warming meeting. Illusion pondered slightly, whether t' was the time to ask this fae what he had wanted to ask since he first saw her sweet nature. after a moment or so, he decided that he would never know her reply, until he took the chance of asking. So he raised his piercing blue orbs to meet hers and let his gently spoken lyrics fly free into the hearing Lucky, I know we have only just met, but I feel the need to ask you the question that has ached upon me since you first spoke... He bobbed his head slightly, not knowing what her reply would be but he continued Would you honor me vastly, By joining me in my terras; The Magic Mountans?... His blue orbs shone hopefully, and his painted pelt gleamed as he awaited her softly spoken lyrics...
