Wind howled through the trees, clouds gathered heavily up above and soon lightning was seen and the loud boom of thunder could be heard. The forest critters hid as all knew that a storm was here. The black stallion cantered back into the land of the Hidden Falls glad to be back home and not in the open terrain where they would get the worst of the storm. He moved into the trees slightly before turning to make sure Silver Spirit was still following. A smirk upon his mug as he spoke out to her. Welcome to the Hidden Falls.

Silver Spirit Silver kept her pace toward the woods, Zodiac catching up to her quickly then matching her pace, even though hers was much shorter than his. They traveled quickly through the empty woods, all of the other creatures were hidden away from the wraith of the storm. Silver followed Zodiac as he picked up his pace to a canter, he storm making it difficult. She could not hear his footfalls due to the howling wind, and his ebon coat was invisible except when lightning struck the sky. Her silvery coat was sure to stand out in the otherwise dark grip that held the land. Zodiac led them to an erie landscape full of shadows and glimmers of light, the land was only frightening due to he lack of sun that should have been radiating onto it. He stepped under the cover of some trees before he turned and spoke to her, his voice sounded welcoming and strong despite the boom of the thunder.
"Welcome to the Hidden Falls."
Silver could hear the pride in his voice for his home, and she hoped that she would enjoy it as much as he did.
"It is beautiful, but I think we should find some shelterer before the rain starts to fall, then we can talk."
Silver led her speckled orbs wonder around the terrain, but she did not see any other equines or a place for shelterer.

Thought the trees would cover them from most of the weather Zodiac nodded in agreement for lighning was the biggest threat and this storm was full of it. The black stallion walked further into the trees staying on a path that was well used and keeping Silver Spirit within sight. He then took a turn and soon a large cave came within view and he walked into it sheltering them from the now pouring rain and the lightning. He stood calmly within and shook the extra water from his sleek ebony coat.
Its much prettier on a sunny day. But we will be safe here, the others are probably within the other cave which is further in and I will show you to that one when everything calms down.
The other cave was hidden behind a waterfall and was their hidding place from predators and humans when they ventured into the lands which happened about once or twice a year. The last time the humans came they had dragged off his grandfather, Death's Keeper, and then Zodiac took over the terrain. When Keeper returned he let Zodiac keep the land and he moved his mares else where.`Zodiac feared that the humans would be comming again soon though and he was going to have to find a new hiding place for the waterfall might not be so secret anymore.

Silver Spirit watched the ebony stallion, he was larger than her,but what did that matter. The dark sky was going on forever until a flash of lightning lit it up. A large crack sounded and it shook the forest, the trees were swaying and acorns were falling to the forest floor, the sound of rain matching the sound of their fall. She followed Zodiac as they walked along the trees, her mind trying to take in this place. They crossed over a small section of clearing, their pelts became sleek with the rain. After the stepped out of the rain they entered a cave, it was sheltering them from the ferocious storm outside. Silver watched as Zodiac shook of the excess water, she did not knowing that it would give her coat an unwelcome look. The cool water dripped off of her and left a ragged circle around her frame. Silver watched Zodiac shake then speak, his vocals calm and flowing, they echoed off the caves walls.

Silver had to agree, the territory looked glum, but that was because of the storm. The only way she could see was when the lightning lit up the sky. It was a relief for her that they more time to sped together....alone. She wanted to get to know him more and let him get to know her. She replied, trying to start a conversation.
"Zodiac, it is already beautiful. So, please tell me about the rest of the herd so that I can know of what to say or how to act in their presence."
Her vocals were musical and sweet, bouncing off the cave walls it gave her an erie sound. She hoped he would speak of his leadness, she wanted to see what she was like and if his voice was full of passion for his mate.
ooc: I am sorry I haven't been on, I have been busy but I probably won't be on until the 23 because I have relatives coming to town, sorry but I will try to be on and as soon as I can I will post.

Zodiac listened to Silver Spirit's lyrics as they seemed to echo within the cave. Her figure stood out even in the darkness but her pelt shown a beautiful silver especially when the lightning her coat up. He could see that she wanted to know what she was comming into and he couldn't blame her for he would want to as well.
Well Laced Legacy is my lead. She is strong minded and kind when you get to know her. She will not just give her respect you will have to earn it. We have a filly named Winter's Treasure or Winter for short. Next I have Shan Ten, though I can't really tell you much about her. She was kind and sweet but a little on the shy side and since the first day I brought her here I have only seen her once so im not sure if she is even here anymore. Then the last mare would be Memory. I met her in the claiming grounds with her young filly, Moment, and she is very shy around others. She is used to being alone but joined a herd for the safety of her filly.
He hadn't said to much about all of them. Memory was the newest and still getting used to the idea of others being around. And Shan Ten never seemed to be around so he hadn't really gotten to get to know them all that much except for Lace. His voice had been a little higher or prouder for Lace since he knew what she was like and he loved her. But he spoke about Shan and Memory highly for he was just as proud to have them within his land as well.
